I enjoy your displays. I wanted to know from when you started your journey to now, how has body building shaped your the way you are expected to be viewed in the public eyes. I mean how has the industry or movement influenced your view on Nutrition, training and personality around the world?
Hi Sam, thank you so much! I always followed my own path and didn’t get influenced by outside factors or trends. I did gain a lot of experience over the last 15 years and that gave me a huge amount of knowledge on how to help and support many different people without wasting them and work efficiently with my clients. For myself, I only ever did what I actually enjoyed, and never done anything I don’t like. Love, cindy
