Delivery conditions
If you have purchased a virtual product, please follow the instructions via Email which you have received after your purchase.
If you have purchased an autograph and unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the delivery costs listed under Delivery and shipping costs shall apply. Delivery is usually made within one to two working days and is delivered to the address given by the customer. If the ordered product or part of an order is not available from stock, the customer will be contacted by Cindy Landolt.

Word wide: $5 (over $80 = free)
FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery is for all Switzerland orders and for all Rest of the World over $80. Free delivery will be dispatched using our standard delivery option set out below.
DISPATCH RULES
Please note, orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been confirmed, and all items on an order are in stock. This means that any items on your order that are currently on backorder will delay the dispatch date. Where a specific delivery time is mentioned below, this is from the point of dispatch, and not from the point of purchase.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery will be sent from Switzerland and delivery times will be affected by local post. Please allow 24-48 hours for items to be dispatched.
Order
Orders can be paid for by Credit Card and PayPal. Value added tax is included in all prices shown on the website.
Protection for Credit Cards
If somebody uses your card fraudulently or dishonestly (without your knowledge) for any kind of Distance Purchase, you can cancel the payment and the card issuer must refund you. You should notify your card issuer as soon as possible after you discover this fraudulent use or if your card has been stolen.
Conclusion of contract
The purchaser undertakes to carry out the order in accordance with the conditions stated on the website. Any error in an order must be communicated to Cindy Landolt immediately.
Transfer of ownership
The delivery changes its owner after the customer has made the payment.
Right of withdrawal
If the delivered goods are defective or if there is a delay in delivery of more than two weeks without prior notification to the client, the client has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. The goods must be returned to Cindy Landolt and the customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Should you choose to terminate your membership, we will process a cancellation of your subscription. Upon cancellation, NO recurring payment will be processed thru your credit card.
Return / Exchange policy
Purchased autographs can not be returned.
Complaints Policy
If anyone has reason to believe the content on this website may be illegal or otherwise violates standards. You can report this by contacting us at info(at)cindylandolt.com and stating what particular issue is in question. The video in question will be temporarily removed from the site pending review via our compliance department and the compliance department of any of our payment processors. The review and resolution will be within seven business days. The review process will include, but is not limited to a review of the complaint, investigation as to the validity of the complaint by the appropriate departments, confirming whether a violation has been made, and corrective action if necessary. The result of the review will be made to the complainant as well as instructions for the process of appeal. If the material in question is found to be non compliant it will be permanently removed from the site. If the material is found to be compliant, it will be returned to the website.
